First couple of strips from TCAF...

Monochrome Page 5 + 6

Here are the last two pages of Monochrome. A couple of people got pissed off at me for the abrupt ending. I'm sorry. It's not my best work, but it's a start.

I made 15 copies of it and gave them all away, most of them probably graced the many trash cans of Toronto :)

But TCAF was amazing! Next up I'll have some journal comics up from it.

My lodgings are pretty temporary right now and my scanner is in storage so I have to go to a friend's or to kinko's whenever I want to scan anything.

I've been really lazy these past few days... Haven't gotten the work I wanted done. Which means I'll have to do a marathon tomorrow/later tonight. But now I'm finally off to the drawing table for a bit. Wish me luck!

Here is the second page from my TCAF comic. I have a lot of things to show you but I am exhausted as hell.

This is my first day of true rest since school ended. What with finals, moving out, TCAF and my parents' visit to NYC, it's been a pretty crazy time. I can't believe my first year at SVA is already over. Whenever I try talking about this year, school and the city I end up sounding like such a sap, so I'll spare you for now.

Tomorrow is the start of the big Comics Race, which will be awesome. It's basically me and four other truly amazing cartoonists trying to get as many comics done as possible during the summer. I'm really looking forward to seeing all the amazing work they come up with and to working my hardest.

Aside from that, I intend to update this blog daily with at least one page of comics and try to read as much as I can.

It's going to be a great summer.
